How You Can Practice with Me:

1:1 Sessions tailored to your needs, including practices like Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), breathwork, & guided meditation.
1:1 sessions can be held online, your home, or a local hired studio space (Within 10miles of Godalming).
All equipment is provided for 1:1's.

Group Classes: Join me every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for Yin Yoga at Well & Good, Godalming.

With my background in managing chronic arthritis, I create inclusive practices for all levels, body types, & abilities. I also offer tailored packages combining mindfulness & yoga for my nutrition & sports nutrition clients, supporting physical & mental well-being.
