Follow-up appointments give us time to update how you're feeling, to discuss successes & challenges of your Protocol, & keep things finetuned to your evolving goals. After each Follow-up, your Protocol will be updated with an additional recommendation (if you feel ready) and any changes to your supplement plan. If you are on the Deeply Nourished Package you can swap these from Nutrition to 1:1 Relaxation sessions in Yoga, meditation & breathing techniques.
